Dr.KANNIKA SAHAKARO is currently an associate professor in the Department of Rubber Technology and Polymer Science, Faculty of Science and Technology. She has been an academic staff member in this faculty since 1996. In 2002, she earned her Ph.D. in Polymer Science and Technology from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom.

Her expertise and research areas are in Rubber technology; polymer technology; rubber reinforcement . To date, she has published 90 Scopus-indexed papers, accumulating over 2,406 citations and an h-index of 28.
