Dr.LAKSANA CHAIMONGKOL is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, Faculty of Science and Technology. She has been an academic staff member in this faculty since 1995. In 2011, she earned her āļāļĢ.āļ. in āđāļ āļāļāļĻāļēāļŠāļāļĢāđ from the Mahidol University, Thailand.
