Dr.JARUWAN MANEESRI is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, Faculty of Science and Technology. She has been an academic staff member in this faculty since 2004. In 2003, she earned her Dr.Eng in Bioapplied Chemistry from the Osaka City University, Japan.

Her expertise and research areas are in Food Biotechnology; Fermentation Technology . To date, she has published 15 Scopus-indexed papers, accumulating over 168 citations and an h-index of 7.
