Dr.PIYAWAN BOONYANUPHONG is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, Faculty of Science and Technology. She has been an academic staff member in this faculty since 2005. In 2014, she earned her Ph.D. in Food and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Reading, United Kingdom.
Her expertise and research areas are in Biochemistry Nutrition; Antioxidant; anticancer. To date, she has published 5 Scopus-indexed papers, accumulating over 31 citations and an h-index of 3.
