Dr.BISRI SOISON is currently a lecturer in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, Faculty of Science and Technology. She has been an academic staff member in this faculty since 2005. In 2014, she earned her āļāļĢ.āļ. in āļāļąāļāļāļēāļāļĨāļīāļāļ āļąāļāļāđāļāļļāļāļŠāļēāļŦāļāļĢāļĢāļĄāđāļāļĐāļāļĢ from the Kasetsart University, Thailand.
Her expertise and research areas are in food products development; food technology. To date, she has published 3 Scopus-indexed papers, accumulating over 75 citations and an h-index of 2.
